Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2022 website – jeemain.nta.nic.in has gotten a make-over. The NTA which manages the JEE Main website has revamped the website and is sparking interest among students. While it is a small event, it shows activity at the end of NTA, raising hopes for the notification for JEE Main 2022 soon.
The new website was launched by NTA which has a cleaner look with separate clear sections and archives. The information bulletin for JEE Main 2021 is also available, which can be accessed by students for quick reference. Students can also access old question papers and answer keys.
As for the update on the registration date, NTA has not yet announced dates for the examination. Sources have shared varied dates and have suggested that the registration process would begin from March 1 or the first week of March. The examination is expected to be conducted twice this year. Dates are likely to be announced soon.
Meanwhile, students have been asking for information on the examination dates. Many have even taken to twitter and sought answer from the Education Minister and NTA on clarity on the examination. Many students were also upset when it was suggested that the examination might be conducted only twice this year and not four times, like 2021.
The update of the official website is a positive sign. In the past, the update on the website usually signaled the release of notification or result, etc. With this, many may see that the news of registration date from March 1 may be nearer to truth. As to an actual notification, there is no official notification. NTA officials have shared that update would be announced in due course of time.
